cyberbullying is not a new term and many are aware of what it means. there are many stories that involve cyber-bullying. few told, many unspoken.
220,000 members of the canadian teachers federation are calling for the criminal code of canada to be changed so that cyber-bullying would become a criminal offense. (read article here)
