Here is how one church did a recruitment push for their kid ministry during the main Sunday service.
Step 1: Watch Video
Step 2: Executive Pastor gives methodical kid ministry stats and explains in detail the volunteer needs. In this case they were asking for 100 additional volunteers.
Step 3: During the meet and great time ask those who are interested in volunteering to get up and go out to the lobby and meet with the Kids Ministry team to sign up to serve the kids and families in our church.
